We have a urgent opening for Qatar With one of our reputed Client Please Note candidate should in Qatar.
1 SITE SUPERVISOR • Demonstrates machine functions, work methods, and techniques to train workers and hand or machine assemblers in duties. • Must have a minimum 7 years interior fit-out work experience.
• Examines parts or finished articles for defects to maintain qualitative standards.
• Check and limit the wastage of materials/consumables
• Conduct daily site inspection and safety walkabout (within workshop).
• Conduct risk analysis.
• Monitoring of machines and equipment service, maintenance and calibration.
2 CARPENTER FOREMAN • Ensure availability of equipment’s, tools, materials, etc. required to complete the work assigned.
• Must have a minimum 7 years interior fit-out work experience.
• Provide the Site supervisor with daily / weekly reports as to work progress.
• Resolve any schedule delays with the Site Supervisor. Provide monthly / quarterly manpower forecasts to the Site supervisor based on the work schedule.
• Verify time sheets / overtime for the relevant personnel.
• Coordinate the work with other contractors to ensure the highest work efficiency.
• Communicate with supervisor and engineers.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
3 PAINTER FOREMAN • Ensure availability of equipment’s, tools, materials, etc. required to complete the work assigned. • Must have a minimum 7 years interior fit-out work experience.
• Provide the Site supervisor with daily / weekly reports as to work progress.

4 CARPENTER CHARGEHAND • Based on the schedule provided by the General Foreman, provide daily direction to 2-3 crews of laborers, tradesmen or senior tradesman. • Must have a minimum 7 years interior fit-out work experience.
• Ensure crew members observe all safety standards, observe hours of work and rest periods, maintain work efficiency, complete jobs on time, complete jobs to quality standards.
• Ensure work crews have adequate tools and materials to complete the jobs assigned. Ensure crew members maintain all tools and equipment in good working order.
• Provide daily/weekly report of completed activities to the General Foreman.
21 SPRAY PAINTER • Remove damaged or defective parts or sections of wooden structures and repair or replace, using hand tools. • Must have a minimum 3 years interior fit out work experience.
• Finish surfaces of woodwork or wallboard, using paint / varnish with painters hand tools or spray gun. • Can speak English well
• Communicate with Engineers, supervisor and Foremen.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Ensure availability of equipment’s, tools, materials, etc. required to complete the work assigned
5 ASST. PAINTER • Must have a minimum 3 years interior fit out work experience.
• Can speak English well
6 HELPER FOR CARPENTER • Must have a minimum 3 years interior fit out work experience.
• Can speak English well
