As part of this, we are embarking on building truly best in class payment experience across different payment touchpoints for Amazon customers. A unified, consistent, and intuitive payment experience will deepen our relationship with customers and build preference for Amazon Pay.We are looking for a Product Leader who can drive the roadmap for building and managing end to end on-Amazon payment experiences across use cases like shopping, bill pay, prime now/Amazon fresh etc. Simplifying the payment experience for our existing and next 100 million customers is a key part of this role. The leader donning the role should have a good understanding of user experience, data driven decision making, experimentation, and A/B testing. S/he will have a direct and visible impact on the long term success of Amazon Pay. This role would have direct exposure to senior leaders within Amazon.
Basic Qualifications :
Completed Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with minimum 6 years of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
Have an entrepreneurial spirit with strong background in online product, payments and a track record of creating innovative internet solutions.
· Be comfortable with hands-on day-to-day problem solving, implementing quick and effective action plans to meet short term priorities. Equally comfortable in generating a 3-year strategic vision and a weekly sales report.

3. Have excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented. Proven ability to influence others.
