As the public face of the company the Sales person is responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services the company offers. A Sales Person is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the company products, services, and policies.
Complaint handling is a critical part of this position.

•Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
•Achieving established goals.
•Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
•Provide accurate information (Product features, Pricing and after sales service).
•Ensure racks are fully stocked.
•Increasing in store sales.
•Stay up to date with new products/services.
•Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
•Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
•Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
•Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
•Provide outstanding customer service.
•Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking Merchandise.
•Alert management of potential security issues.
•Assist on stock take inventory.
•Requisition for new stock.
•Other duties are as and when assigned.
