• To perform in a safe and cost effective way the fulfilment process from order taking to distribution. This affects direct customers, agents, and distributors and all the products for local distribution.

• To optimise local distribution of PG and LB deliveries

• To manage the key service providers of distribution activity

• To manage distribution performance to the agreed standards

• To manage the the fleet maintenance

• Obtain and maintain civil defense approvals for all the fleet

• Obtain and maintain PDO approvals for all the fleet

• Issue journey trips and maintain records

• Maintain IVMS and review monthly

• Manage and own Diesel fuel spend

• Manage the movement of all products across the GCC

This position is accountable for the following end results:-

• To respect and adhere to all the safety, Health and environment rules

• To receive, validate and consolidate local orders for direct and indirect channel

• To plan loads, consolidate and route shipments

• To deliver product and trigger invoicing

• To manage local carriers and delivery modes

• To manage local delivery business rules

• Manager contractors and haulers

• To manage delivery performance to the agreed standards (cost and quality)

• To manage the full for empty

• To manage and optimize the cylinder loading on Trucks

• To report any deficiency in the local distribution system

• Have a permanent contact with make supervisors to ensure a flawless operations

• Define with make supervisors the stock levels for PRs and RTs

• Managing and executing the stock withdraw transaction in Iscala.

• Manage the PRO duties for fleet.

• Manage training for drivers.

• Manage fuel spend.
