We are currently seeking talented Quality Control Operators – Digital Art to join our Flex Force Team to service our clients’ needs across the United States. The ideal candidate will be eager and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished. The Quality Control Operator ensures agreed upon quality standards are met in final layouts for basic to intermediate production assignments. This position executes digital and analogue techniques to confirm final product meets project standards and complies with technical specifications.

Ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high quality basic to intermediate level artwork, effectively using industry standard software, tools, and prepress and print techniques
Monitoring quality on production floor and resolving conflicts/issues to keep projects on track
Meeting quality standards for all assigned deliverables and makes recommendations to management for improvements in reports, tools, processes and assigned tasks
Working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Performs assigned tasks within the overall production workflow and assigned budget, according to work order specifications, industry and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), company standards, and the client’s brand guidelines and standards.
Ensuring client project team has most current information about the status of the assigned project(s) by logging and maintaining in the project tracking system accurate records of the project plan, time dedicated toward a specific project and any quality issues.
Meeting quality standards for all assigned deliverables and makes recommendations to management for improvements in reports, tools, processes and assigned tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Arts or related field.
0-4+ years of previous graphic arts experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic understanding of effective print, photo studio and/or digital production, processes, roles, tools and workflows.
Basic to proficient experience in photo and color manipulation techniques and processes
Basic computer software skills, Adobe Design Suite, Acrobat plus QuarkXpress, Agile, etc.
Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
