The ideal candidate will have a record of success in B2B SaaS software product marketing and work enthusiastically with colleagues across the organization to influence product, create global demand and help sales people sell more effectively.
8 – 15 years working in B2B Product Marketing or marketing leadership role.
  • Highly engaging presentation and speaking skills. Strong understanding of technical requirements of large enterprise organizations, and the right level of technical depth to deeply engage with the development team.
  • A Strong portfolio of created assets, research, and messaging
  • A Strategic mind capable of building collaborative cross – functional teams to solve complex problems
  • Energy and enthusiasm. Enthusiasm for a fast – growing, fast – changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop our go – to – market strategy and execution playbooks, build out user insights and market research capabilities, and create product/feature positioning guidelines.
  • Build the critical function for marketing planning, execution, measurement and insights
  • Manage and enhance our marketing technology platforms and infrastructure
  • Manage the marketing automation and CRM platforms, including database operations and lead enrichment for demand generation teams.
  • Help define marketing goals and budgets; track performance, and report to the global sales and marketing leadership;
  • Deliver insights on an on – going basis that inform the global marketing and demand generation strategy.
  • Enhance our measurement frameworks to improve campaign effectiveness, deliver insights in the form of dashboards and ad – hoc analysis
  • Be the liaison between the marketing, sales development, sales and operations departments
