Job Description:
We are looking for Process Lead role based out of Hyderabad to support employees during onboarding process. This position will be required to engage with HR stakeholders, HR compliance team, Business, payroll vendor, support functions including Payroll, Finance, IT, Security and Employees with the objective to provide world-class customer service.
Expectation from the role will include:
· ICIMS, people portal and Onbase knowledge
· to deliver top-notch day-one experience to new hires
· ability to identify bottlenecks and problem-solve those
· knows how to work backwards during high-volume hiring season
· holds strong eye-for-detail while making data entries and while preparing documents
· audits own work and does not compromise on data quality & confidentiality
· handles Recruiting queries
· ensures service level commitments are always being met
Work timings
· Flexibility in working during 24 by 7 working environment.
Basic Qualifications :
· MBA in Human Resources
· Exposure to HR tools such as Peopleportal, iCIMS etc.
· 5 + years experience in HR functions
· Proven track record of good performance with minimum supervision
Preferred Qualifications :
· MBA in Human Resources
· Exposure to HR tools such as Peopleportal, iCIMS is Mandatory
· 5 + years experience in HR functions
· Proven track record of good performance with minimum supervision
