Position: Manager / Sr. Manager AP
Qualification:- CA
Location:- Goregaon
Job Description:-
· Subject matter expert in area of Accounts payable with proven track of managing and executing improvement & productivity initiatives, transition activities etc.
· Provide support in transition to target operating model by developing competencies in area of Accounts Payable
· Implement best practices in AP by engaging with team leads and client stakeholders
· Knowledge of IT tools deployed within domain to drive productivity
· Experience in identifying and executing automation within process
· Drive change management initiatives by focussing on achieving productivity, controls and operational efficiency within AP process
· Manage relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the objective of meeting delivery as per the agreed parameters
· Work closely with HR to ensure recruitment of appropriately skilled employees
· Superior project management skills in planning and executing improvement initiatives
· Drive a culture of continuous improvement and undertake continuous improvement projects
· Ensure SLA targets are consistently met and exceeded
· Develop annual budget for the Unit and ensure no overrun on Budget / Approved project costs. Ensure productivity targets are met / exceeded
· Work closely with IT to ensure continuous system improvements towards increasing efficiency of processing
· Ensure appropriate responses are made to audit observations and corrective and preventive actions are taken
