Salary: CTC 12-15KPer Month or net salary 10-12KPM
Candidates Profile: Candidate should be Smart, pleasantpersonality, Good communication skills, able to work under pressure, good knowledge of computer and command on excel.
Experience: 1-2 years in a similar field
Job Responsibilities :
  • Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
  • Route calls to specific people.
  • Answer inquiries about the company.
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy.
  • Coordinate office activities.
  • Send emails and faxes.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
  • Maintaining important documents, records, and files in a proper and organized manner
  • Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers and calls
  • Flight Ticket, Hotel Booking and maintain records
  • Digitalization of all Documents
  • Telecalling as per given database and maintain reports
  • Assist to HR
  • Any other responsibility will be assigned to you as and when required
