• We are glade to offer an exciting opportunity to join one of the most dynamic companies in Iran with exceptional culture and values from Mother company in France. We are looking for a Finance manager who will be a key player in the local legal entity and key member of the local management team.

• This person will report directly to the Business Unit Manager of Iran and dotted line to Regional CFO.

• He will be responsible for Forecast and Budget Processes, P&Ls Performance monitoring, Optimization of the company Cashflow and timely collection of the account receivables.

• We are looking for a true business support to the BUM and local team, helping the organization to achieve its financial objectives but with high level of integrity and compliance


• Ensuring strong financial governance.

• Providing all necessary financial insights to the Business to support adequate Decision Making.

• Supporting and implementing Business decisions from the finance side, monitoring the results thru genuine Business collaborating.

• Identifying true value drivers and contributing to organizational effectiveness across all functions.

• Develop and lead the local Finance organization, comprising of “Senior Accountant” & “Inventory Accountant”.

• Maintain robust financial systems, processes and financial controls to ensure integrity and reliability of financial statements.

• Manage the credit management function, processes, and exposures.

• Optimize and manage the company’s insurance, tax and treasury situation together with the third-party provider.

• Guide business in meeting short to long-term goals by providing relevant financial as well as non-financial information and business insights.

• Support major projects and initiatives, when needed.

• Lead and play a major role in local financial risk management.

• Promote ethical business behaviors and compliance.

• Provide leadership and direction to the finance team of accounting and financial planning and analysis.

• Manage and lead all topics related to taxes and audits

• Lead the supply function and ensure right level of inventories and shelf life

• Lead and manage the local Finance Team.

• 5-7 years of experience in finance / controlling (including finance related degree)

• Previous experience within Pharma/Cosmetic or FMCG is plus.

• Experience affecting strategic decisions in the context of your role.

• Solid business process knowledge and global perspective.

• Knowledge of local fiscal, Iranian legal environment, especially local Tax legislations.
