Content Delivery Manager (AVP) Candidate expectation Knowledge of Content Delivery in highly regulated environments Multi-channel content delivery experience for global clients Ability to understand and translate marketing analytics reports Platform experience (especially Sitecore, AEM, Adobe) Marketing Account Management experience (client-facing) In-depth understanding of Digital Delivery processes, digital tactics and capabilities Awareness of digital trends Cultural awareness and international experience Communications skills should be good Creative & Content delivery Manager role Operational experience in mandate If the candidates have overall experience and lack production , can be trained Should have PM, strategic approach, brand approach Need candidates with experience from agency and brand perspective ONLY DIVERSITY Good to have and Recommended: Relationship management Communications & Executive Reporting Digital Project Delivery (Web, Social, Mobile) Digital Analytics Digital Strategy Will be leading a Team 150-250 FTE Shifts – UK and North America – EST Regular touch points (weekly/monthly) with brand and vendor leads, as well at a more strategic level (e.g. quarterly) to support and provide input on the overall brand strategy plan. End-to-end orchestration to ensure delivery of websites/edetailing/DAM/Print/Video Extracting relevant assets from Library and providing them to regional brand and global lead for consideration Driving service adoption, local insights, MCM expertise & best practice guidance Translating analytics and performance reports into meaningful recommendations to optimize delivery on-the-fly as well as input into future brand strategies Ensures processes are streamlined for timely translation of assets to local markets and completion of asset document Coordination touchpoint with strategic and print agencies, as well as with medical and regulatory for reviews Creates and maintains a close business relationship with the local client marketing lead and team Works with local brand teams for prioritization & adaptation when priorities change Interfaces with offshore Delivery Manager who manage actual execution to ensure correct priority and service levels for the local market Ensures service reports and KPI reports delivered on time to client Facilitates service introduction & change confirmation focusing on local market opportunities Governance management to provide scheduling, management reporting inputs and action tracking associated with Service Governance
