About the Company:
The Company is an Interior Fit-out and Furnishing Company based in Abu Dhabi. Key Services includes Interior Construction and Interior Modification of clients located in Abu Dhabi Regions.
The Position is about Sales / Business Development / Lead Generators. Candidate should have the interest in sales activities with excellent communication skills in English to be applying for this opportunity. The Position is for Junior Sales Executive hence preferred age limit is kept between 24 to 28 years. Location of the Market – Abu Dhabi, UAE
1. Identify potential clients who require interior fit out and furnishing services, maximize exposure of company brand among Potential Prospects, Project Managers, Consultants, and multi-national clients and achieve the set individual sales target.
2. Carrying our Pre-qualification of the Potential Prospects, Marketing Activities – Meeting Clients for Introduction and Awareness to engage Sales Activities.
3. Utilizing all resources at disposal to convert potential leads / clients, including preparation of Bill of Quantity, liaise with the design department to ensure that the design meets the client’s requirement and follow set procedures laid down by the management in concluding deals with top management team of the clients.
4. Manage and service your account or any account entrusted by the company and keep the General Manager updated of all daily activities. (Reporting is a must)
5. Follow up with the client on the Receivable Collection and ensure timely collection of the dues.
6. Target Oriented Sales – Quarterly Targets between AED 500 K to AED 1 Million as per company defined principle activities.
