*Responsible to identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
*Understand the needs of the customers and be able to offer services to meet their needs.
*Cold call prospective customers, generate leads and meet with customers/clients to ensure you foster and develop business.
*Should have a proven and consistent background in sales of HR Consultation services, B2C business development, or account management.
*You must have at least 5 years of B2C lead generation, sales and customer service experience.
*Should be comfortable to work in a challenging environment and achieve revenue targets, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
