Handling day to day activities of admin team
Supporting other functional teams.
Responding to Desk calls
Facility Management
Handling visitors
Handling vendors
Front desk Management
Register Maintenance. ( Inwards & Outwards )
Criteria:
Excellent in communication skills
Presentable with a go-getter attitude
Knowledge in Ms office ( Excel, PPT )
Freshers good with communication can also apply
Female candidates will be preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties
Customer Service. Visitor entry in the Reception’s Visitor Register.
Promoting products & Customer follow-up.
Feedback – Emails/phones (Another Communication channel).
Role as an Office Assistant
Qualifications and Skills
Pleasing personality with good communication skills.
10+2 or Graduates. (Preferably from Chandigarh, Punjab or Himachal Pradesh).
Hotel management Graduates or Frankfinn/AHM/ Flying Cats Aishostess Diploma holders preferred.
