Roles & Responsibilities
Job description:

Manage dynamic and cross functional internal and external teams to better assess the daily fleet operations of Planning and Fulfilment while continuously driving and delivering results against established company criteria and key performance indicators.
You will support day to day tactical work streams such as,
Touch base to customers for regular orders
managing order volume adjustments,
ensuring placement of fleet as per order,
placement of fleet should be cost optimized.
SOPs are tracked and executed.
Supporting leadership with any necessary adjustments to support revenue, as well as facilitating cross-departmental communications.
Create new set of 3PL partner to get the PAN India network
Work directly (both in person and remotely) with our 3PL partners to build new processes, leap over obstacles with grace, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement throughout the 3PL network.
Ensure continuous improvement to safety, quality, cost, and delivery while growing and expanding capabilities within our 3PL vendor network.
Drive a customer-focused environment committed to delivering the highest quality product to our customers.


Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and 5+ years supporting or managing & fulfilment operations in Pharma distribution.
Excitement for working in an environment with a high level of ambiguity and change.
Previous experience background in Operations and Vendor Management.
Efficient Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Google app (Gmail, drive, sheets, etc.)
A collaborative, team-oriented communication style that remains cool and diplomatic under pressure.
Willing and available to work weekends and/or night shifts when needed, subject to needs of the business.
